  The young man taking my order took 10 minutes and asked twice what my order was. When I got my sandwich, it was lacking cheese. So I paid for a hot egg on a burned flatbread. I do love dunking donuts but I am displeased with my experience at this location.

  Walked in yesterday to meet a friend and was told after I had ordered my American that the espresso machine wasn't working so they gave me a regular coffee and didn't offer to refund the price difference. I also ordered the Ham and Cheese on Ciabata bread with Mayo only. After I had to ask 3 times for the mayo the woman told me they were out of MAYO. How do you not know you're out of mayo for sandwiches??? The coffee was horrible and tasted like week old and was so thick I could have stood a straw up in it. Also bought a couple of donuts and when tge lady went to put them in the bag she didnt wrap them in the clear wax paper ,just threw them in upside down so all the glaze and toppibgs were stuck to the bottom of the paper bag. Bad service ,bad coffee and bad experience all around. This place needs a complete overhaul and to get employees in who know how to do their jobs. If I could have given a NO Star review that would have been better than this place deserved. Will never go back and there's a beautiful Starbucks just down the street. I'll be going there from now on.

  Ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches & 3 drinks. Got 2 breakfast sandwiches and 5 drinks. Apparently, they were out of large cups. The drinks tasted like water (smoothie & iced coffee). Took about 20 minutes to get our food. The sandwiches were ok, but didn't compensate for the service.
